• Sweet Memories wont be liable for any last minute changes of plans, delays or cancellations of camps or events occurred due to any urgent situation.
• Cancellation after booking would be charged as per following
• 60 to 15 days -25%, 15 to 7 days-50%, 7 to 3 days-70%.
• No refund will be granted if the Seat is cancelled on the day of departure.

Parents need to provide a medical clearance certificate and complete details of any or all-medical complications of the applicant to participate in our Thailand and Manali camps.
Safety and Health of our participants are the fore most priority of our organizer and faculties and we do have access to doctors and assistance if any unexpected medical situation arises during our camps. The company wouldn't be liable for any legal actions in any such situation.
